Wisnu Suryaning Adji has barely started his authorship since 2016. However, in his second year of career, he has put his name among Kompas Best Short Stories 2017. He has published a best-selling novel in Indonesia, Rahasia Salinem (Salinem's Secret) in 2009; the same year in which he managed this work, Rencana Besar untuk Mati dengan Tenang, to become Favorite Manuscript of Jakarta Art Council's Writing Competition 2019.
