A TALENT FOR BARKING
The short story collection Bakat Menggonggong by Dea Anugrah is a sharp and witty exploration of life’s absurdities, social irony, and human failure. Through fifteen short stories filled with humor and casual language, Dea presents unusual characters often caught in ridiculous yet meaningful situations.
The stories in this book highlight various aspects of life, ranging from bureaucratic corruption and the absurdity of modern society to the personal anxieties of individuals facing an often irrational reality. In each story, Dea crafts the narrative with a flexible style, blending satire and sharp social critique.
