Mikhael N. Naibaho was born in Sidikalang in 1989. In 2024, he was selected as one of the Emerging Writers at the Balige Writers Festival. He is currently active as a literacy advocate with Komunitas Pena Lingkar Toba. Mikhael has published two novels, Untuk Gie (2017) and Milenial Impianity (2018), as well as two short story collections: Kisah-Kisah dari Gunung Toba (Elex Media, 2024) and Paune (Elex Media, 2024). His works often explore the cultural and social landscapes of North Sumatra, blending local wisdom with contemporary themes.
