When my child was born, I realized motherhood isn’t just happiness. It comes with feelings of worthlessness, loneliness, sadness, anger, and even losing my mind. Right after birth, a mother can feel both elated and deeply alone.

On the hardest days, mothers often lose themselves—yet this rarely appears online, as sharing struggles is risky. Mothers face criticism even when only sharing joyful moments, and perfection is always expected.

I no longer want to hide my story. I choose to challenge this ideal by honestly sharing my journey through marriage, pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and the real emotions of motherhood.
